He has built, sold, operated through acquisition, and divested businesses. That experience shaped both the design of Decision Lab and the way the room is run: practical, direct, and built to help leaders see faster, decide better, and move with conviction.

Start with a 20-minute call. We assess fit, understand the business, and frame the issue. If the question is not fully clear yet, we help surface it.
The Session
We tackle one issue in one focused hour. We dissect the problem, pressure-test assumptions, explore opposing views, and work toward a clearer decision and next move.
The Deliverable
You leave with a concise written Decision Brief: key insights, decisions made, actions, owners, and deadlines.
The Follow-Through
Future sessions happen only when there is a real issue to process and a genuine willingness to execute. This is not about endless conversation. It is about movement.
